In loving memory of A.R.D.

Today marks the seventh year of his death.

I still can't believe that it has been a long time since I've last seen him.
A couple of weeks ago, My sis and I had a little talk about this man.
Remembering the times we spent with him is a treasure no one can ever take from us.
It made us cry as we reminisce the past.

I have wanted to make something for him for such a long time. May it be a poem, a song, a painting or a story. Anything just to honor him and his life.

Antonio delos Reyes Dames died on March 20, 2002 at the age of 51 due to severe pneumonia and heart failure. Everything had been so sudden. Though he had been suffering with Congested Heart Failure for years, we were not prepared for his passing away.

He was my hero and my number one fan. He was my father.
I love him and miss him so much.
I know that wherever He may be, He's always guiding and protecting us.

Remembering Duchess.

I have been blogging for atleast three months now and I must say I'm really enjoying every minute of it. From selecting themes for my blogspot to posting pictures and reading other blogs about almost everything, This has kept me entertained.
Thanks to my sis. ( She was the one who suggested that I try blogging.)

At first, I wanted my identity to remain completely anonymous but I realized that it's impossible for I would be posting photos and writing blogs about my life, my friends and my family.
Even my babies. (My pets)
This afternoon, As I was checking old files from the computer I came to find pictures of my pet, Duchess which then led me to write a blog about her.

When our dogs Dino and Kiki had puppies on 3rd August, 2003. There were five. DeeDee, Bart, Bruiser which we gave to friends and kept two pups, My Duke Burlington and Duchess.

Originally, I was to keep only one and the other was for my brother. However, due to his schedule, I ended up keeping the other puppy too.

This picture of Duchess and Burlington was taken about more than five years ago.

Also this one including Dino (the father) in the picture taken from our old house.

She was always ready for a photo-op.

Having Duchess around made me happy. She was such a happy dog. She was always smiling and She always wakes me up in the morning. And I miss her.

It was on the 6th of January, 2008 when I was completely devastated when I was told that Duchess died. I wasn't home when it happened.

I really miss her so. I will forever remember the moments that I shared with her.

Karaoke much?

Filipinos are commonly referred to as Karaoke kings or queens. I can say this because I am. :-)
I also know a lot of Pinoys who love to sing. And I really mean, a lot!
And so, being a frustrated singer that I am. I began to search for online karaoke websites.
So here are some of the websites I found;
I am a member of both karaoke websites I have suggested above.
Preferrably, Singsnap.
To give you a clearer picture, or should I say audio? Click the link below.
It's my favorite record so far.
